Identity

A pivotal land between the Latin world and the Germanic world, Alsace occupies a unique place in the Republic. Strongly marked by its history, it has been able to preserve specific local law and build a society based on consensus and local freedoms.

The R3 project does not aim for isolation, but for the full expression of this identity. The ambition is to make Alsace no longer an "end of the line" in the East, but thepivot central which connects France to the economic power of Northern Europe.

  • L'Effet Levier : Use our border position not to “leave”, but to capture the economic dynamics of our neighbors (Basel, Fribourg) and redistribute it to the French economy through our industrial partnerships (with Lorraine, Franche-Comté, and Paris).
